For those of you who saw on the Facebook Fanpage yesterday that I hadn't had time to do the blog because of being in hospital, thank you for your patience.  For those of you who contacted me a special thank you.  It was nothing serious but it was painful.  The pain is now almost completely gone and I should have made a complete recovery by Sunday (Australian time- that'll be Saturday US, Canada and UK) when I finish the antibiotics.  I'll be getting back to the new usual routine by Monday.

I also wanted to say the other day, but I forgot, that this won't be one of those blogs where the blogger (me) posts something the length of War and Peace.  One reason is that's just not me.  If I've got something to say then I want to make my point and be done with it.  The other reason is that I'm going to make the assumption that I'm not the only one here who's busy.  I'm going to assume that you are too and that you don't want your time wasted by someone who's going to spew endless paragraphs of drivel onto a webpage.  When people do that my immediate thought is "I think I'll wait for the movie to come out."  So some days it might be one or two or three paragraphs, some days it might be more.

Now, having said that I'm going to leave you with a thought.  The most attractive quality to find in another person is self-confidence.
